Coming Soon: International Photography Contest "Spirit of the Apple"
Get your cameras ready! We are excited to announce the upcoming Activity 2, a pan-European photography contest titled “Spirit of the Apple”. This initiative is led by the Municipality of Carrazeda de Ansiães (Portugal) and aims to visually celebrate our rural roots.
The contest is designed to capture the essence of what makes our regions unique. We are looking for images that showcase:
Rural Landscapes: The beauty of apple orchards across the seasons.
Cultural Identity: The human stories behind cider production.
The Power of Women: Highlighting the essential role women play in agriculture and the preservation of tradition.
What to expect: This isn’t just a digital contest. After the public call for entries, a selected traveling exhibition will visit every partner city in our network. This is a unique opportunity for local artists to gain international exposure and for citizens to see their heritage through a new lens.
